Hi! I am a 21-year-old male visiting student coming to Stanford this summer for research. I am looking for apartment-style housing from around June 25 to September 5, with some flexibility of about ±10 days on either end.
Location: Stanford campus or Palo Alto preferred. Nearby areas such as Menlo Park, Mountain View, or Los Altos are also fine if convenient to campus.
Budget: Ideally up to $3,000/month or below, flexible and open to negotiation depending on location, furniture, utilities, and lease terms.
Preferred setup: Studio, 1B1B, private room with private bathroom, or Stanford-affiliated apartment-style housing if eligible.
Other preferences: Furnished housing preferred. I am also open to sublets, temporary housing, EV/Stanford housing, or a private room in a quiet apartment.
I am quiet, clean, responsible, non-smoking, and respectful of shared spaces. I would be happy to introduce myself, provide Stanford-related documents if needed, and do a video tour before confirming.
