Hi there! I’m looking for a personal assistant (20-30hrs/week) to help with many tasks that require someone highly organised, detail oriented and a professional positive can do attitude. Following tasks are involved -

• food preparation 3x per day / farmers market shopping
• organising personal belongings
• cleaning
• travel arrangements planning / packing belongings
• calendar management
• coordination/managing other helpers - ex. movers, cleaners
• miscellaneous research/errands (phone calls/meetings, drop offs, pick ups)

In return I will be offering your own bedroom and full bathroom in a separate 2 bedroom apartment in my building in Palo Alto. The other room will be set up as an office suite I will be using during the day. This is probably best for someone wanting to live in PA and either a grad student or recent grad who has a flexible schedule and about 20-30 hours per week - some weeks will be less (no less than 15 hours) and other weeks more (no more than 35 hours) but on average should have 20-30 hours time available (3-4 hours per weekday and 5-6 hours per weekend day).
