To those working in SoCal:

My friends and I are looking for some roommates! (all gender expressions)
We are trying to rent a 2bd/2ba in Palms (West LA; near Vinton and Woodbine)
Looking to move in October-ish, for 12 months.

Its a real nice place for its price (~2200/month), pretty spacious with new renovations (bathroom, kitchen, carpet, paint)
On site laundry, 10 min walk to palms station, we can negotiate parking spots.
The expo line goes from dtla to Santa Monica and comes every 10 mins. It's also 2 min walk to the r12 that goes straight to UCLA.

Depending on what you're looking for, prices are:
~$1000 for a single
~$600 for a double
~$350 for a living room
That said, the more the merrier (ie, cheaper)
There is definitely enough space for a triple and a double + living room.
