## About You:

• A passion for the crypto and Web 3 space and excitement around engaging large communities around new products
• Have direct experience running, building and cultivating a community on social channels for early-stage B2C / consumer startups
• Active in the crypto and Web 3 communities on: Discord, Twitter, Telegram and Reddit
• An independent, self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset that can embrace new challenges and manage communications for multiple stakeholder groups / user segments

## Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Ozone's Product and Engineering functions to disseminate critical information about feature updates and product launches
• Answer non-technical user questions and troubleshoot
• Represent the voice of the company in user-facing communications
• Maintain, moderate and promote a vibrant community culture on Ozone’s social platforms
• Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team
• Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration
• Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies

## Minimum Qualifications:

• Exposure in Web 3, crypto and blockchain community outlets across on platforms such as: Telegram, Twitter, Discord and Reddit
• Prior experience in building, growing and managing communities
• Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software such as Metamask or other wallets
• Competent working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders"
