Welcome to the Spring House!

We are a small group of super friendly and awesome people - amongst us scholars, entrepreneurs, technologists and young professionals. We live in Los Altos, in a sunny, beautiful house with a large, luscious lawn and 2 beautiful (and delicious) orange trees, only 12 minutes to Stanford and 5 minutes to either downtown Los Altos or downtown Mountainview (Castro Street). It has super easy access (via nearby 280) to all the major companies in the area including Tesla, SAP, Apple and many others.

We think that a great house culture starts with great people. We strive to have fun together, to foster positive and creative energy, to be there for each other, and to help each other with our various endeavors and pursuits. We hope that even a short stay in our home will be valuable above and beyond the eat/sleep/work space it provides.

Here are some details about the place:

• Several rooms available (each room is a little different)

• Common charges are gas, electric, water, high-speed cable internet, maid service.

• Modern kitchen with new dishwasher and fridge.

• Washer & Dryer

• Beautiful and large backyard with nice luscious grass

• ~12 minute drive to the Stanford Campus Main Quad

• Some rooms have a private entrance

• House is furnished in common areas, and you may have the option for a furnished room as well.

The first month's rent, and a security deposit of 1.5 month's rent is due when you sign our rental agreement.
