I am looking to rent a room in our house for $950 per month in Redwood City. It’s a beautiful area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have Walking distance to both EA and Oracle Headquarters. Neighborhood shopping center, starbucks and local restaurants are 1 mile away. Easy access to Highway 101, 92 (connecting to the East Bay). SFO International Airport is 10 minutes drive. nearby and public transportation as well. Cleaners and wifi are included in the cost of utilities.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is a non-smoker, and someone who enjoys vibing out with everyone in the house.
