I'm subletting my room in a three-bedroom apartment from December 15th to January 15th. You would be living with two male Stanford PhD students. The apartment is in a small apartment complex on East Creek Dr., right next to the lovely El Palo Alto park, which has a footbridge that connects Palo Alto to Menlo Park. The place is ideally situated: a five/ten minute walk to downtown Palo Alto and the Caltrain station (where you can catch the Marguerite shuttle), and a ten minute bike ride to Stanford campus. It also has two parking spaces, of which you're welcome to use one.

The apartment is well-shaded by trees, but my room gets a good amount of sunlight in the morning and midday. The kitchen is quite large, with lots of cabinet space, and has a large sink with garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. The apartment has central heating, and a coin-operated laundry in the building next door. The landlord does not allow smoking or pets.

Rent is $1100 for the 30-day period, which includes gas and utilities. I'm also willing to let the room for a shorter period of time, in which case the rate might change slightly.
