It comes with the USB-C charging cable (I've never used it since I just charge it with the Switch dock cable itself). I don't have the manual anymore, but everything you need to know is in the amazon page! It connected super quickly and easily to my Switch and has all the functionality of the JoyCons as far as I can tell.
