A friend of mine would be visiting me from India for a month and I need to
set him up with a cell phone.
I can put him on a family plan with Cingular but need a Cingular mobile
phone instrument for that.
If somebody has a presently inactive cingular mobile phone instrument or an
old phone by chance then I would like to borrow it for a month. You may
