Great beginner electronic drum kit; includes a pedal-based high-hat, bass pedal, snare, three toms, a ride and a crash. I bought the full set so it came with a pair of pretty standard headphones, a set of sticks, and an adjustable seat. For free I'll throw in an extra pair of drumsticks for fun (in black), along with a music stand and a heavily used beginner's manual to learning a few drum beats in different styles (Survival Guide for the Modern Drummer, Jim Riley).

This kit was bought new around January of 2017 and works fine. The drums are responsive and the snare and toms especially kick the sticks back similar to a real kit. It's easy to set up and the fact that it's electric make it great for a shared house or an apartment situation where you can't play your acoustic stage kit.

I wouldn't recommend this kit to someone advanced -- it's suitable for someone who wants their child to get into music (social music, not like a cello), someone who wants to give drumming a shot without a huge $ investment, or someone who plays drums as a hobby but can't play a real kit indoors.
