  -- 1.5 mile/6-min drive to Google HQ, and with new walking/biking trail, only 10 minutes walking!
• washer and dryer in house!
• 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house
• Big, sunny living room
• Open kitchen with granite tops and tile floors

LEASE

• Lease: August 1, 2012 - July 30, 2013
• Rent: $960/mo for 1 bedroom with private bath
• Additional costs include utilities, gardening fee, and possible expense of hiring common housekeeper.
• First and last month rent, with deposit TBD.
