Looking for housing that will help you relax and unwind after the grueling intensity of the Silicon Valley? We've got you covered. We've turned this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house into a veritable oasis of relaxation, entertainment, awesome vibes, and fun. Lucky for you, we've got a room opening up!
About us: We're pretty chill. If Netflix had a date, it would be us. We love unwinding with wine, beer, great home cooked food, homemade bread. We've got a snazzy entertainment system with a large 3d-capable TV and surround sound. The other two housemates are one male and one female, both Stanford alumni.
About the location: We're in Redwood City. Convenient for commutes down to San Jose, and also doable for drives up to the City. We're also close to the Caltrain, if ride sharing is more your thing. The house is walkable to a grocery store, nail salon, a couple fast food places for that late night craving. In the summertime, we're even on the route of a local ice cream truck.
About the situation: Private bedroom with generous closet space, large windows. Option for private bath. Parking in the garage, if you're protective of your automobile. Or if you hoard a lot of crap and need a door to hide it all. We won't judge. Street parking is plentiful if you've got more than one automobile. Also comes in handy when we entertain and the cars just don't stop coming.
No pets, sorry. Sometimes we try to bribe the neighborhood cat with food to hang out with us on our backyard porch. So far we've been unsuccessful. If you're a cat/dog whisperer, be sure to state that in the reply email as brownie points will be had.
Either a single renter or a couple is fine. As long as both parties of the couple are awesome.
You can move in as soon as you pass a background check and provide a copy of your credit score... er, meet the current housemates and decide we all get along. Send us an email with a bit of info about yourself, and if you pass the first round then we'll send you photos of the place and invite you for dinner to meet us!
Note: rent is somewhat negotiable. Going down in rent would mean you would likely forfeit the private bathroom privileges and garage spot. If everything seems perfect except for the price, email us anyway. We'd rather commit to a great housemate who pays slightly less than someone who pays in full but compromises the fantastic environment we've made in our home.
