Hi, I am a recent Stanford graduate and I've been living in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for the past 8 months. My roommate is moving to the south bay to be closer to work, so I'm putting his room + bathroom up for rent.

We have 4 months left on the lease (until May 1st, 2014), and the owner is very open to extending the lease beyond the 4 months (on either a month-to-month or yearly basis).

It's right next to the Muni (T line), which takes you right into downtown SF/AT&T park, and a short walk from the Caltrain station.
