Hi, I just moved into Park Place South 3 weeks ago and am looking for a roommate who would take the Master bedroom and bathroom. Park Place is an apartment community right along Castro St in downtown Mountain View. It lies between two large parks that are dog friendly, and is right next to several restaurants and cafes that Castro St has to offer. For people interested in the startup community, Quora and Gameclosure are inside the neighboring buildings, and other startups are in nearby office buildings. Google has a shuttle stop across the street and Linkedin is not too far, just on the other side of the 101. The Mtn View library and Performing Arts center are also across the street. Stanford University is 15 mins away by car.

The apartment comes with a top notch gym, swimming pool, BBQ area and free fitness classes. There is an office for the building to handle all your deliveries when you're not home.

The layout of the apartment has 2 bedrooms on opposite sides designed for roommates and privacy. The master bedroom side also has a deck, walk-in closet and bathroom connected to it. Air conditioning is equipped in every room.

About me: 24 year old male, recently finished grad school at Stanford (2012) and working in South Bay. On weeknights I am usually working and just watching tv. On Friday/Saturday I might be out biking or having friends over for dinner, and Sundays I am usually at home cleaning up.

About you: another young professional or postdoc/phd student at Stanford who is friendly and social in the apartment, and shares things well. No smokers of any kind, sorry.

The rent would be $1750 for the master bedroom and bath. I am also willing to rent the room out as a commuter room for people living in SF and just need a place on weeknights M-Th for $1200.
