Flu and COVID Vaccination Event:
There are no out-of-pocket costs for flu shots provided to students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and retirees. (In instances where possible, cost will be directed to your insurance plan.)
COVID vaccinations will be charged to your insurance plan. Note, however, that if you have Kaiser, or another limited-network plan, the cost of the COVID vaccination may not be covered unless you get the shot according to the terms of your plan (i.e., with an in-network provider). Check with your insurance provider if you are not sure.
Pre-registration is preferred. Walk-ins are welcome and may experience a slightly longer wait time than those who have pre-registered.
* Please bring a valid photo ID or your employee/student ID, along with your health insurance card (if you haven't already provided this information online).
