Hello! Me and my friend (both f24) are looking for a housemate in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment around San Mateo. Our price range is 1500-1800 per person and would like to move into a place by the end of September. We both graduated from Stanford (I'm currently working in biotech) and are very chill people! I am looking for someone to sublet my 1bd/1ba apartment from September 13th to October 7th (dates flexible). The rent is 2400$/month, the final price will be adjusted based on the length of stay. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to campus. Includes a balcony, one parking spot, and two bikes available for careful use.
