Post the room
Photos, rent, the honest description. Same as any SUpost listing — it goes live immediately and people can message you.

Connect Stripe
Takes a few minutes. Rent goes straight to your own Stripe account — SUpost never holds it — and Stripe pays it into your bank on the payout schedule you pick.

Set your dates
The window you're offering, and any individual nights you want to block.

Accept, or don't
When someone books, their card is authorized and you get 5 days. Accept and you're paid; ignore it and their money is released in full.
What it costs you
Nothing up front, and no cut of your rent. The seeker pays the SUpost platform fee on top of the first month — you receive the rent, less Stripe's processing fee on the payment.
You rent the room and set its terms, including the lease, local rules and any taxes. SUpost runs the booking and is not a party to your rental agreement.
The Book button goes live on your listing as soon as Stripe, your dates and the booking terms are done. People can message you about the room either way.
