What You Will Experience

• The Art of Noticing: We will begin by quieting our minds and tuning our senses to the subtle language of

the plants.

• Overview of Herbalism: Katherine will reviewing what herbalism is, a brief history, the energetics of

plants, why eating seasonally is important, and key terms.

• Hands-On Medicine Making: You will learn an intentional, small-batch technique passed down through

generations. Together, we will handcraft a seasonal infused vinegar for you to take home.

• Community Connection: Share stories, laughter, and a nourishing seasonal tea alongside a warm, supportive circle of like-minded students.
