Stanford undergrads and grad students — this is the best-paying coaching role on this board, and it's built to be worth your time. · We're a small, selective 1:1 college-prep program. Our students are ambitious high schoolers, and our coaches are the near-peers who've actually walked the path — top-school students who coach a small roster 1:1, with training, structure, and a head coach behind you. This is coaching for real-world impact — helping students grow as founders, builders, and leaders — not tutoring or mentoring. · THE PAY • $100/hr plus performance bonuses — the highest rate in college-prep coaching, period • Coaches with a full roster earn $300–$400/week • Predictable, sustained income all year — every program is long-term, so your roster and your paycheck don't reset every season • We bring the students — no hunting for clients, no marketing yourself, no gig churn · WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently hiring coaches in: Econ · Pre-med · CS · AI · Engineering Stanford undergrad or grad student (exceptional candidates from other top schools considered). Freshmen and other non-seniors especially welcome — a longer runway with us means more students and a roster that grows with you. What matters most: you can explain hard things simply, and you show up, every week, for the full year. · • EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE — non-negotiable on every track: you genuinely connect with high schoolers, motivate them when they're stuck, and inspire them to aim higher. Students don't just need the material — they need a coach who believes in them • ECON — coach students aiming at top business/econ programs: finance and investing projects, business competitions, clubs that actually ship something • PRE-MED — help students find and run research, prepare for science fairs and competitions, and build real clinical and volunteer experience • CS / AI / ENGINEERING — mentor students building apps, AI projects, and competition entries — hackathons, app challenges, robotics — that they can actually finish and show · Across every track, the craft is the same: helping your student land summer programs, awards, research, community service, and passion projects — the pieces of a standout application, alongside academics and test prep. · THE ROLE • One-hour 1:1 sessions, weekly or bi-weekly, for 1–3 students (you start with one) • Full training, session structure, and head-coach support provided — and we'll walk you through everything else once you're matched with a student • One-year commitment per student — our students plan their year around you, so no mid-year exits · TO APPLY — reply to this post with: Your year and major Your high school profile — the extracurriculars, awards, and personal narrative that got you into Stanford (or your top school). It's exactly what you'll help our students build Your resume — just the details of your experience and record; past tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus, not a requirement Your weekly availability Confirmation you're authorized to work in the US · We read every reply and move fast with the right people.
