I am subletting my room for the period of Nov 15 to Dec 15 (or a part of it). It is possible to stay longer on a monthly basis afterwards.

The room is situated in a large 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house located near Ikea, Mi pueblo, Home depot, etc, right off 101 highway. Bus 280 is 3 minutes on foot and bus 296 is 10 minutes on foot. Stanford campus is 15 minutes away by car and 25 minutes away by bike.

The room has a large walk-in closet and is furnished by a double-size bed, a small desk and a chair, and two night stands (sheets and towels are also available). The house is very clean and there is a strict no-shoe policy inside the house. No pets, no smoking.

You will have a full bathroom shared with a male professional (who is probably leaving in a couple of weeks). An equipped full kitchen is available.

The rent for Nov 15 to Dec 15 is $1380 and is prorated if you stay for a period of it (we can discuss it too). The rent might change after mid December (depends on the landlady). The rent includes everything (all utilities, internet, cleaning lady, etc).
