Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout, all renovated less than 4 years ago. Washer/dryer in unit!! Awesome community full of young professionals. Great location for Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Stanford, etc., 5 minute drive to Caltrain.

About the room:

Decently sized room with ample closet space. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Furniture includes full size bed, dresser, small bookshelf, 24” TV (which can be yours to keep for a low price).

About the apartment/complex:

The kitchen and living room are fully stocked/furnished, but may be able to accommodate some small furniture (chair, bookshelf, etc.) if you have it. High efficiency washer/dryer in unit. Heating in bedrooms, heat/ac in living room. Wall-to-wall carpeting in living/bedrooms, hardwood in kitchen. We share one covered parking spot, but there is a ton of uncovered free parking available as well.

As far as the complex, I cannot say enough to describe how awesome it is! Everyone is incredibly friendly and willing to strike up a conversation. Most people have been living here for several years due to the low price for the quality of these apartments, as well as how well the management treats us. Any maintenance request is usually taken care of within 24 hours. The courtyard has two huge lawns a bocce ball court, a fire pit and two new grills that can be used by anyone at anytime.

The Fine Print:

Rent is $1000 for the month including utilities (garbage, water, electricity, cable and Internet).
