Hey there! We are Class of 2013 Stanford alums who are offering two rooms for sublet starting April 1st in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco. The apartment is right next door to Golden Gate Park and the Panhandle, very close to USF and UCSF Parnassus, and has very easy access to the N Judah, 5 Fulton and 7 Haight/Noriega lines to go downtown.

Two roommates are leaving and are offering their rooms starting April 1st for $1400/month. Rent is month-to-month and paid on the 1st of every month. Utilities and Internet are not included, but are around $35/month. One room has a closet, the other room does not. Both rooms will come unfurnished.

One roommate (M/24) will be staying and currently works in the Financial District. He's very friendly and easy to get along with. Because this would be a sublet from the current leaseholder, new subtenants would not be signing their own lease contract and would be paying rent to this roommate directly. We're primarily looking for new subtenants who can stay through August 2016. And sorry but no pets and no smokers please!

The apartment is 3BR/1BA (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) with a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished. Coin-operated laundry is in the building. Street parking is available close to the apartment.
