Summer sublet available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath graduate student apartment! Looking for a male, non-undergraduate (sorry, by policy) Stanford affiliate to take over my room from mid-June to mid-September.

The apartment is in the Kennedy Graduate Residences, opened less than 2 years ago. The entire unit is huge, modern, and like new.

– Room is ~185 sq. ft. plus a large private bathroom.
– Bedroom includes full-sized bed, linens, large desk, futon, printer, dresser, and closet.
– Living room includes sofa, armchair, dining table w/ chairs, and television. Kitchen includes electric stove, oven, microwave, and toaster, as well as dishes and cookware.
– Common areas include study rooms, a computer cluster, a music room, a game room, a large TV lounge with cable, and a free laundry room ~30 feet from the unit.

– Available 6/12/2016 to 9/25/2016.
– Rent is $1331/mo (partial months okay, but would prefer full 3 months).
– $500 deposit to be returned when you move out.
