2BR/1BA. Room, kitchen and living room are pretty spacious.
$1,300/mo + internet and utilities.
Roommate is super chill, GSB female in her mid-20s and mostly away the entire day.

Sublease agreement must be signed

Total rent + deposit due at time of agreement (prorated for June + July + August + $1,300 refundable deposit)
