I want to sublease my space in lyman graduate residence for the summer.
Fully furnished, all utility fees are included.
Free access to all appliances.
It is on campus and very closer to most of research centers than other residences. This is extremely convenient especially early in the morning. It is very quiet too.

I included pics and they look a little dark this is just problem of a camera. Rooms are actually bright enough.

Date: Mid of June to Mid of September (three months). Dates are adjustable upon agreement.
Rent: $1083/mo. is official rent but negotiable. If you want the room for longer period, I can give you more discount.

I have a male flatmate who is very easy going and nice. He said he is OK with sharing an apartment with both male and female. So gender does not matter if you don't care. Of course, the bedrooms are separated.
