I will be out of town for an internship over the summer and subletting my current Stanford on campus residence. (one bedroom)
I will make sure the room to be fully cleaned before check-in.
Stanford on campus residence, Lyman one room in a 2 bedroom. (Lyman is closer to Huang/Gates/STEM research labs compared to EV, 5-10 min walking away)

Individual bedroom (fully furnished: desks, chair, bookshelves, bed & mattress, are all provided. )
Share kitchen/dining area with a Male PhD student. He is very easy going and clean, we also have a TV that you are more than welcomed to use. All kitchen equipment is for your use.
FREE WIFI. FREE LAUNDRY.
Rent 1086/month. (Price can be prorated based on the dates that you need it)
$300 security deposit.

Requirements
Male only, no smoking, no pet.
Must be a Stanford affiliate and would follow the Stanford sublicense policy
