Looking for a subletter for a room in a fully-furnished three bedroom apartment in San Francisco (Sunset/Parkside), near the intersection of 30th Avenue and Quintara. Sublet available June, July, August and September, but please do inquire if you only need a sublet for three of the four months.

Perfect for Stanford student with a summer job in the city, or anyone looking for a temporary base while searching for longer-term housing in SF. Great location, near Noriega and Taraval commercial corridors, 3 blocks from the L muni (30 minutes to downtown SF), walking distance to both Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park.

Apartment includes small common area with couch and TV, kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, state-of-the-art toaster oven and hotplates. There's no conventional stove/oven, but unless you want to roast a full-sized turkey, we're well-equipped for most cooking projects! Bathroom is shared with one other person. Washer/drier are easily accessed in the attached garage.

Housemates: you'll share a bathroom with the other summer subletter, and you'll also have a third housemate, quiet young professional, very clean and friendly. Our landlords live in the upstairs apartment, so they are easily available to answer any questions and help with maintenance issues. (They are a young couple with a two-year-old son).

Utilities generally range between $40-$60, depending on heating costs. High-speed wifi in the entire apartment.
