Hello! I'm looking to sublet my Rains two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the Stanford campus. Since my roommate left a few months ago, you would get a private bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom all to yourself.

Everything like utilities, wifi and laundry is included in the rent. There is parking right behind the apt--one can buy a permit from Stanford P&TS.

The place is 3 min walking to Ray's Grill and a 7 min bike ride to both Trader Joe's and the Main Quad.

The apartment is fully furnished and you can use the linen and kitchenware. You must be a Stanford affiliates (no undergraduates, though) and I would prefer females.
