I'm looking to sublet my room in Munger (on the Stanford campus) over the summer. It's a quad (4 bedroom + 4.5 bathroom). My roommates may also be gone over the summer so you'll likely be sharing with other Stanford affiliates.

The room:

• Comes with a very nice full-size bed, desk, chair, lots of lamps, etc.
• It has an ensuite with bath/shower.
• Central A/C - a must in the hot summer months, and not available in any other on-campus housing.

Apartment amenities:

• The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, two enormous fridges and freezers, and most cutlery you'd ever need.
• Munger has its own grocery store and café.
• Free laundry!

The building is super-central. It's by far the most centrally-located housing on campus. Very near everything.

I pay $1,493/month for this room (all inclusive - no water/elec bills!), and am looking to cover this for as much of the period above as possible. That said, I strongly encourage you to contact me even if you would only want to rent for a subset of the given dates, or if you want the full period but would want to discuss the price. I am flexible in both directions on move in/out dates.

Please note that, per Stanford policy, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

Again: Undergraduates from any institution are NOT allowed to sublicense in Munger, nor is anyone who is a non-student working in the area but not at Stanford.
