We are subletting 4 bedrooms in our 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom Redwood City home starting on July 1st and ending September 15th. Each room will be $1000 per month including utilities, tenants will be responsible for the entire time period (i.e., $2,500 total for the summer). There may be an additional charge based on the need for regular house cleanings.

House information:

• 4 available bedrooms vary a bit, but are generally similar in size, all are furnished and all share bathrooms (share with 1-2 others). For simplicity, we are renting each room for the same price and subletters can decide amongst themselves who will live in each.
• Remaining 3 rooms will be filled with Stanford MBA students who can help out with any questions and will deal with any issues.
• This is not a party house. We live in a quiet neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors.
• Awesome private backyard with hot tub, dining table and seating.
• House does not have AC.
• No pets.
• Preference to any groups who would like to take all the available rooms.

NOTE – The furniture in the bedrooms may be slightly different during your stay as the current tenants do not move out until late June. Please excuse the mess in some of the photos, we don’t live there yet :)
