• Big living room with a tv/couch
• Tiny kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, freezer/fridge
• Shared bathroom with in unit washer and dryer
• Caltrain noise is not a problem, rarely audible if ever
• Outdoor mini area from living room currently has a mini grill no chairs
• No smoking in unit. can smoke out back by the courts (1 min walk)
• Most pets are ok
• Apartment complex has a pool + bbq area, fitness center, basketball court (1 hoop), and tennis court!
• Rent is $1505 + utilities (~$60 including wifi) ($1200-$1800 split for couples)

Leasing requires credit check by leasing office. Short-term ok, longer term preferred. Move-in between 9/22-10/1, closer to 9/22 preferred.

Can come by most weekdays after 6pm sometimes on weekend to meet and tour, please include move-in date when messaging :)
