The place will be fully furnished, including dishes, cookware, and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, etc). Grill on balcony. This could be the perfect place for a Stanford graduate student or hi-tech intern who wants to live close to campus for the next two years, but does not want to purchase their own furniture. If you prefer we can remove furnishings in one bedroom.

I've lived here for 12 years and love my place and location so hoping to find somebody who will appreciate my home just as much as I do! My second floor unit overlooks a calm creek with lots of nature. The balcony is a very relaxing place to enjoy dinner or drinks, or simply keep the patio doors open and enjoy the afternoon sun.

Woodland Creek Condominiums are in a nice safe area on the west side of 101, on the border of Palo Alto/East Palo Alto between University and Embarcadero, just a few minutes from downtown Palo Alto (technically located on the last block of East Palo Alto). Easily walk/bike to downtown Palo Alto & Stanford University (1.5 miles away). Google and Facebook are biking distance too.

I'm a very welcoming and accommodating person and landlord. I prefer a down-to-earth young professional, student(s), or responsible couple who I can trust to enjoy my place and furnishings. Dogs OK but no cats (I'm allergic and don't want to risk the lingering scent). There is even a small dog house that I can leave on the balcony for your fur baby to use. No smokers, no drugs!
