I am subletting my bedroom in a 2bed-2bath apartment in the Kennedy Graduate Residences for the whole summer (June 23 to September 16). I'll make the price $1390/month (originally at $1520) if you take it for the whole period. If you take it for a month or 2, the price is $1430/month.

You have access to a laundry room, a music practice room, a computer cluster, a lounge and few other things. You can use my computer monitor, speaker, white board, and kitchen utensils, among other things. You can also borrow my bed sheets if you don't have any.

The apartment doesn't get too hot in the summer because it's on the first floor. This place is perfect for someone who needs a place on campus with a private bathroom and a big bedroom. We can negotiate the price if it's expensive for you; I also have to secure a tenant within a week.
