About the property:

We live in a 5BR / 3BA large, spacious house in Menlo Park. We are a short walk or bike ride from Downtown Palo Alto, supermarkets / retail shops, the Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford University, and the Palo Alto CalTrain Station.

We are looking for a new tenant to rent now through the end of June. It is next to a bathroom (shared with one other tenant) with two sinks, spacious sit/stand shower, jacuzzi hot tub, and private toilet.

The house has fast WiFi, Xfinity cable television, washer / dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and spacious and private front and back yards with blossoming orange and lemon trees.
