From the inviting porch you enter the house into the open, bright living room with wooden floors, which has access to the kitchen, the patio, and a short hallway. The large kitchen has lots of cooking space and a dining area. Behind the kitchen there is a storage room with washer, dryer and the water heater; the storage room also has access to the backyard.

From the living room you can enter the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom through a short hallway. One bedroom has a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a door to the patio. Both bedrooms and the living room have blackout blinds installed on the windows. The bathroom has a bathtub shower combo.

The patio is a great space to relax and have BBQs. Behind your private patio there is a shared backyard with a nice pergola providing shade during the hot summer days.

Not connected to the house is the 1-car garage. Enough space for another car is in front of the garage.

The house is perfect for a small family of three or four. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Very convenient and fast access to 101. A short bike ride to Stanford University, Facebook and a 10 min walk to a very nice park with a playground, and a 10 min bike ride to downtown Palo Alto.
