The place is really laid back, we usually have some tunes playing and have a gas fire pit and outdoor projector for movie nights in the summer.

We have a dishwasher. There’s also a herb garden, tomatoes, corn, oranges, strawberries and blackberries in the back yard.

There is also a shed for storage, and two different attics spaces for storage.

The landlord very rarely comes by unless we need something fixed.

We have two dogs named Luna and Louie. They are very loving and laid back.

We have a cleaner who comes once a month. The common area is furnished.

One room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk and nightstands and can be taken over for $ 100.

$1000 deposit.

The lease would be thru August 13, 2021 with possibility of extending. Landlord hasn’t increased rent the last 4 years.
