Our home, 4BR/2BA is a very clean, quiet,(no drama) home and is family occupied by 4 persons (myself the homeowner, brother and retired parents. We are very friendly, outgoing, respectful and very down to earth persons.

The master bedroom (13 x 11) is unfurnished and has its own bathroom/shower ensuite and a large 6 x 8 x 2 closet with sliding mirror doors.

We require the following basic standards to be agreed upon. No smoking in the house, no drugs. Occasional
overnight guest is permitted.

The rent will be $1100, including all utilities (WI-FI, cable, water, electric, and garbage) Deposit is half month rent. The lease is month by month but longer term is preferred.

You will have access to shared washer/dryer and use/access to kitchen for cooking and have access to the backyard.

There is plenty of safe street parking out front.
