I'm subletting my EVGR premium studio starting 2026/7/29 to 2026/9 (end date flexible).

The rent is $2700 per month and the security deposit is $1000.

The room is completely furnished and EVGR has laundry rooms/community rooms/study spaces/gym rooms per floor.

Per university policy, only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Matriculated graduate students are prioritized for sublicensing. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
