Hi! I’m a PhD student at Stanford, 24yo. I am looking for a room in a cat-friendly apartment in the Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, or Mountain View areas. Alternatively, roommates who are also looking for housing and are ok living with a cat. Ideally, I’d like to live as close to Stanford campus as possible, or close to the Caltrain. I’m pretty outgoing and spend most of my free time hanging out with friends, reading, cooking, or hiking. I have just one cat, indoor only and neutered, who is friendly and playful. Move-in date is flexible, ideally sometime this fall but open to moving at start of 2027. My budget is <$1700, but is also slightly flexible for the right fit, and I’m willing to discuss pet rents as needed. I’m ideally looking for a stable housing situation, a 1-year lease, with the hope to renew in the future. Slight preference for female-identifying roommates, but also not necessary.
