Looking for intellectual conversation, movies over the holidays

Looking for stimulating intellectual conversation with a girl who will be here over the holidays. We can drink coffee, watch documentaries and discuss them or just whatever books we've been reading. Graduate students, post-docs preferred but flexible. If you enjoy biking/hiking/exercise that's great too.
