Hello, We are a couple of Stanford researchers looking for a 1B1B apartment close enough to any Caltrain station (20-30 minutes walking max) so that we can commute. Anywhere from SF to Sunnyvale is okay. In-unit or in-complex washer/dryer is preferred. Balcony is also a plus but not required. Budget is 3500/month in rent. Well-kept apartments are our priority, with good sound isolation. Paystubs, credit score, etc. available upon request.

Hi everyone! My name is Rose, and I’m a 24-year-old graduate student from Switzerland, currently studying at EPFL. Starting October 1st, I’ll be joining Stanford University as a visiting student researcher. I’m looking for a furnished room on or near Stanford campus from late September until March (flexible). A little about me: I’m friendly, calm, clean, and considerate, and I really value a peaceful and well-kept living environment. I’m a non-smoker. If you have a room available, or know someone who might, I’d be very happy to hear from you! Please feel free to send me a message with some information about the room, location, rent, and, if possible, a few pictures. I’d also be happy to tell you more about myself or arrange a video call. 😊 Thank you very much! Rose

I'm already in Palo Alto and flexible on the move-in date. I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment or a studio, within walking or biking distance of campus. Happy to share a bathroom and kitchen. Budget: 2000 to 3000 USD per month depending on the room or apartment. I'm 28, married (my wife is staying in Denmark), quiet, tidy and responsible. Non-smoker, and I'll spend most of my time working at the university. I've shared apartments with several roommates before and am easy to live with.
