OAKLAND (Temescal) 1BR 1BA Sublet October 1

I am looking to sublet my Stanford Studio for the fall quarter for $2110 a month. Current Stanford housing rules are that I can only sublet to Stanford matriculated graduate students as of now. I would like to sublet for the full 3 months Stanford will allow a sublet to be. For Stanford affiliates (not undergrads) that are not Stanford graduate students, I am able to sublet only when the subletting office decides to open it up to other affiliates. I am told this will happen sometime end of September to first couple weeks of October. So I am able to sublet to Stanford affiliates that can be a bit flexible on the move in date.

Hi Parents, We'll be subletting our 2bd (plus office), 2 bath apartment in Pearce Mitchell Pl (in faculty housing, right on campus) during winter break between Dec 14-Jan 7. The complex has a pool and a hot tub. We have no pets, but have a toddler and a baby, so the apartment is well set up for families with young children.
