Private Master Bedroom & Bathroom in Palo Alto - Looking for Female Roommate

Hi! We’re looking for a female roommate to join our current lease from now through the end of January, with the potential to renew on a month-to-month basis afterward.

The room is an upstairs master bedroom with a private bathroom in a 3B/3B townhouse. Rent is $1,800/month, not including utilities. Amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, free street parking, a private garage, and AC. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from Downtown Palo Alto.

Please directly contact this email: alicesu0327@gmail.com if you’re interested, and I’d be happy to share more details/photos!

I’m also open to signing a new 1-year lease. I have a few places in mind, but I’m also open to other options if you have a room available. Feel free to reach out either way! :)
