The apartment has 2 equally sized, spacious rooms, each with its own large private en-suite bathroom, so we would each have our own room and bathroom. The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and a dining table, and all utilities included in the rent. The room itself comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and computer monitor. You will be rooming with two male Stanford PhD students. Rent is $1460/month utilities included, so for a 20-day period it would be $973. Ideally you should be an enrolled Stanford matriculated graduate student in good standing with the University and with no current housing assignment. Hi! I'm looking to sublet my fully furnished studio in Escondido Village from August 31 to September 24 (the dates are somewhat flexible). The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-equipped for daily living. The kitchen can be left fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils if needed. This is a standard Stanford EV studio.
