My wife and I are relocating to the Peninsula in January 2027 as I begin a new position at Stanford. We're looking for a home to rent for our family of four (two children, ages 6 and 8).
Ideally, we're seeking a 4-bedroom home or a 3-bedroom home with a separate ADU, somewhere between Burlingame and Palo Alto. Finding a great neighborhood with excellent public schools is a priority for us.
A few details about what we're looking for:
- Timing: January 2027
- Size: 4 bedrooms, or 3 bedrooms plus an ADU
- Lease: Ideally 18 months or longer
- Property: Unfurnished, preferably a single-family home with some outdoor space
We're responsible, established professionals looking to make the Peninsula our home and are hoping to find the right place where our family can settle in, rather than move multiple times.
