Work scope includes tidying up living spaces, dishes, laundry, recycling, and light clean-up, and some other miscellaneous tasks depending on the week. We have regular cleaners and a mopping robot, so no deep cleaning required. The work could take somewhere between 1.5 and 3.5 hours, twice a week in the morning, preferably. For example, 9:30 am-11:30 a.m. every Monday and Thursday. Exact days and times can be flexible. We're a loving family looking for a dedicated educator to join our family daycare in San Carlos and work alongside the children's grandparents. There are four grandchildren: two 3-year-olds and two 1-year-olds. The grandparents have provided full-time care for all four children since they were 6 months old. Your primary role will be planning and leading engaging activities for the two bright, curious older toddlers. You'll also occasionally help care for the younger children. The children are healthy and do not have special medical or developmental needs. We're looking for someone with experience working with toddlers who is warm, reliable, and enjoys fostering learning through play. Our current educator has been an incredible part of our team and is leaving to join her own family's daycare. She would be happy to speak with interested candidates about the position.
